- Do you offer multi-site discounts?
- Yes. Per-facility pricing steps down as you add homes, and the Enterprise plan is priced for groups running many sites under central oversight. Tell us how many facilities you operate and we’ll put together a figure that fits.
- Can you help us migrate our existing data?
- We do. Guided data migration is included with Enterprise and available as an onboarding service on other plans — we’ll help you bring residents, staff records and credentials across so you start from a complete, auditable picture rather than a blank slate.
- How long is the contract?
- Plans are billed annually per facility, with no setup fees. If you operate seasonally or are running a pilot, talk to us — we can structure a shorter term for an initial site before you roll out across a group.
- Who counts as a user?
- No one — and that’s the point. You pay per facility, and every member of your team gets their own login at no extra cost. All six roles, from care assistant to administrator, are included, so there’s never a reason to share an account.
- Is there a free trial or pilot?
- We start with a personalized demo rather than a self-serve trial, because every home configures incident categories, assessments and rotas differently. For groups, we’re happy to run a structured pilot on one facility before a wider rollout.
- What support is included?
