You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or by using it in violation of applicable law.

Customer data

As between you and us, you retain all rights to the data your organization submits to the Service. Our handling of protected health information is governed by your Business Associate Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Tessera is a care-management tool and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
